School Information - Year 10
Welcome to Year 10. We look forward to 2021 in which we will provide access and opportunity for success to all students undertaking a Later Years program of study. The first year in the new sub school offers a variety of challenges and experiences and we encourage all students to make the most of their opportunities and aim for their personal best.
A School information Pack has been distributed to all families.
The following documents will need to be signed and returned by Friday 16 October 2020:
- Parent Payment Letter
- Parent Payment Information Year 10 2021
- VCAA Student Personal Details Form
- VTAC Privacy Consent and Later Years Enrolment Form for 2021
- ICT & BYOD Acceptable Use Agreement (students cannot use computers or access the internet unless returned)
- UHS Swimming and Athletics Carnival Information and Permission Form
- Family Involvement Program
