UPWEY HIGH SCHOOL CAREERS

 

Vocational Education and Training in Schools (VET) links general and vocational (workplace) education. It allows students to combine traditional classroom learning with practical industry training in the workplace. Students completing a VET subject earn their VCE and a nationally recognised TAFE certificate at the conclusion of their studies.

 At Upwey High School we offer VET in the following areas:

                ·         Hospitality (Operations)

·         Music Industry

·         Multimedia

·         Electrotechnology

 Work placement is also an important component in all VET studies.
